Looking for ways to be more productive? More organized? Feel more accomplished?

A sense of accomplishment = free dopamine

Dopamine is the neurotransmitter involved in focus, motivation, and pleasure.

Who wouldn’t want this topped up? This neurotransmitter fuels the Titans of industry and trailblazers of the world.

If you feel your productivity isn’t quite where it could be, have no fear.

I have compiled a list of some of my favourite productivity products, and I want to share them with you today.

Take a peek… 👀

Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones — Work in a noisy office? Like working in coffee shops? This beauty helps eliminate any sound distraction from around you and offers a crisp quality sound.
[Brown noise or 528 Hz sounds are my favs for thrusting me into my working groove].

Pill/Supplement Organizer — If you are on any medications or supplements and you struggle remembering to take them every day (hello ADHD folk, I see you…), a pill organizer can offer a helping hand. You put all your supplements/meds in one place for the week, increasing your daily compliance (that way, you can get the therapeutic benefits).
[I remember my grandmother had one of these and got mad at me once for dumping all her pills 🙈].

Magnetic Dry Erase Whiteboard — If you are a visual person (the out of sight, out of mind type), a whiteboard could be your knight in shining armour for organizing your thoughts. This could be useful for:

  • writing out daily tasks lists
  • mind mapping your thoughts
  • brainstorming
  • doodling
  • important reminders

Productivity Planner — I like this particular planner because it’s undated (so you can start using it whenever) and lasts 6 months.
I know many can struggle with the planner (like your truly). However, when I’m using mine full on, I feel so much better because I’m more organized and ultimately get more done.

Muse Meditation Biofeedback Headband — I admittedly don’t use my Muse much anymore because I have adopted my own meditation habit and have learned how to get into a flow state.
BUT
If you are someone who wants to start meditating and doesn’t know where to start, this can be a very helpful tool for teaching yourself how to use your thoughts (using real-time brainwave feedback) to get into a flow state for peak productivity and relaxation.

Thank you so much for allowing me to showcase some of my favourite products.

Listen to your gut. If you resonated with any of these products and felt lit up and expansive when reading about them, go for it. Don’t wait.

Have a lovely day, and GET STUFF DONE.

Megan 🙏💜
